IT Business Analysis Coach/Trainer
12 Month Contract Assignment
Must have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS due to the global nature of this position.
Project Description
The client is in the process of evaluating and implementing new global technology solutions to improve our focus in the areas of financial and budget planning, as well as Business Intelligence reporting. We`re seeking an individual to assist with coaching and training an internal IT team in the skills necessary to effectively gather requirements from all stakeholders, to ensure the delivered product meets the needs of the business. This individual will also be responsible for facilitating requirements sessions with project stakeholders. This person will be meeting with the highest level Global IT Services Leadership from around the world.
Description of day to day tasks
The position will require training and coaching approximately 10 individuals in the methods used to gather effective software requirements from a large group of global stakeholders. At the beginning of the project, the main tasks will focus on training and improvement of business analysis skills within the team. Later phases of the project will require coaching individuals on appropriate plans for gathering requirements and building use case models and use cases, and finally moving toward providing quality assessments of the documents produced by the business analysis team. The position may also involve facilitation of Joint Requirements Planning and/or Joint Application Design sessions. Candidate should have a standard training materials and model.

Location: Secaucus, NJ
Compensation: $65-$70/hour
